How We Work Together
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation about your event, preferences, and any special requirements. This includes discussing guest count, venue logistics, and budget considerations. Most consultations happen in person at our location, but we can also arrange video calls for distant clients.
Design Development
Based on our discussion, we create sketches and flavor proposals. You'll see concept drawings and receive detailed descriptions of suggested flavor combinations. We refine these ideas together until everything feels exactly right for your occasion.
Tasting Session
For larger orders, we arrange a tasting appointment where you can try different cake bases and fillings. This helps ensure the final product exceeds your expectations and allows us to adjust sweetness levels or textures based on your feedback.
Creation & Delivery
We begin crafting your order 2-3 days before your event date, ensuring optimal freshness. Delivery includes careful setup if needed, and we always provide serving suggestions and any special care instructions.

Master Baker & Creative Director
Henrik brings fifteen years of professional baking experience from both European patisseries and North American kitchens. His background includes formal training in Copenhagen and practical experience managing dessert programs for upscale restaurants.
What sets Henrik apart is his ability to balance traditional techniques with modern dietary needs. He's developed gluten-free recipes that actually taste great and created vegan alternatives that don't feel like compromises.
Henrik particularly enjoys working on wedding cakes because, as he puts it, "You get to be part of someone's most important day, and that responsibility keeps you focused on getting every detail perfect."
